I greatly enjoyed English decor of the twin room. Fairly friendly and unfailingly polite staff was available all the time. Had particularly good and perfect location close to good eating places, next door to observations deck.

It is well priced. The rooms are cheap, with particularly good views, and the location is INCREDIBLE near the skybus in southern cross.

A super base for discovering Melbourne with wonderful staff and friendliness. A wide range of food at the packed breakfast. - Tidy and fantastic rooms, particularly good view. - A marvelous and fab location, walking distance from an oceanarium and a zoo. - Only 10 minutes walking to downtown.

The customer service was second to none, always happy to assist. Close to Southern Cross station and next to a tram stop.
No ramp access from the street. Car park is two city blocks away.

poor room & utility. so small, no table. There are just bed & TV. Toilet is very small, has poor & old door.

The staff were great, but the location was loud and noisy for me and my family.
The room was only just ok. the Fridge was wobberly and the seals gone. the floor and a big bump in it.

roaming thru the city and try to see as much as possible. going by city tram and walking around
the room was very basic but everything you need is there don't expect an nice look out on the city it is an hotel in a block. the bathroom was small but everything worked.
